Please be informed that as of January 1, 2013, The Continental Group is no longer serving as Dadeland Grove's property management company. The association has appointed "Account Ability, Inc." as the new property management company.

The next Board Meeting
Regular Board meetings are held in the Clubhouse. When the Board decides to hold a meeting, notice will be posted 48 hours ahead.

Condominium Documents can be purchased from the office for $150.
All Residents must have a Parking Permit to be able to park on Dadeland Grove property. Your vehicle will be towed immediately if:
· No Dadeland Grove parking permit visible on windshield
· Parked in handicap space
· Parked in no parking zone
· Parked improperly
· Blocking entrance to building / driveway
· Blocking trash receptacles / electric generators
· Vehicles not in acceptable and/or driving condition
· Vehicles with expired license tag
· Visitors Parking permit not visible with expiration date
All Guests/Visitors must have a Visitors Parking Permit to be able to park on Dadeland Grove property. Anyone without a permit or expired permit will be towed immediately.
Resident parking permits are free and can be obtained in the office during regular business hours. Temporary visitor's parking permits are also free and can be obtained from the security guard after business hours. Your driver's license and vehicle registration must be shown to obtain all parking permits.
